Habitat | The area was dry with mostly grasses in the understory. Ajuga was very prolific and seemed like a carpet of Blue. River red gum was dominant. The land was undulating. Along the river were Bulrush, Water ribbons, Spiny flat-sedge. The Ajuga grows well around Hatta [Hattah] and it flowers from September to October. |
