Habitat | Habit: Prostrate, root-suckering shrub 0.8x0.4x0.1m. Habitat: On moderately steep west north-west facing slope. Associated with Eucalyptus radiata, Eucalyptus dives, Eucalyptus macrorhyncha, Xanthorrhoea australis, Acacia mucronata, Monotoca scoparia, Lomatia ilicifolia, Baeckea ramosissima Pultenaea scabra, Grevillea alpina. Soil: Rocky yellow clay-loam, disturbed by echidnas and water movement. Root-suckering population (many male sterile, some triploid), locally common on this an adjacent ridges. �Mt Slide� form of Makinson (2000).
